To update information, make payments, use HIPPA-compliant messaging to contact your clinician, or make changes to appointments, head to the Phases Client Portal.
You may also install the Simple Practice client app for free on your iPhone or Android device to easily access most aspects of the Client Portal.
Brief policy references:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours’ notice or unattended/no-shown appointments are subject to a $100 fee. Your clinician’s income and livelihood depends on receiving payment for services, and other clients can benefit from receiving a session you cannot attend.
Appointments arrived at 20 minutes or more after the originally scheduled session start time may be deemed “no-shown” by the clinician and the above fee may apply.
Fees may apply for the completion of support documentation, records requests, or other services provided outside of scheduled sessions. Discuss this policy with your clinician, as needed.
Please do not contact your clinician in urgent or emergency situations! Instead, call 911, 988, Netcare Access at 614.276.2273, use the Crisis Text Line, or visit the hospital or emergency department nearest to you.
