For Clients
New Clients
Scheduling
I am not able to take on new clients at this time, but please email with any questions! (I am less good at returning phone calls in a timely manner.) Other resources you can access to help you find a therapist include, but are not limited to some of the following:
The Ohio State University’s Community Provider Database (this resource is accessible to the public, you do not have to be an OSU student to use it)
EMDR International Association Therapist Directory
Neurodiversity “Unmasking” Coaching (this is a coaching resource, NOT a therapy resource)
Finding the Right Fit
The fit between the client and therapist is the most important part of the entire therapeutic process. This site details some question areas you might have for a potential new therapist. Therapist identities (like race, age, or gender) may also be important to you. As you’re working with a therapist, the feeling of whether you are noticing change and progress can also be an indication of fit, so the conversation should be ongoing.
Payment & Fees
Please see “Mental Health Counseling” under the “Services” section for a list of in-network insurances and session rates.
